We get it — ordering online raises questions. Here’s everything you might want to know about our tees, orders, and us.


Orders & Shipping

How long will my order take to arrive?
Each shirt is made to order (we print when you buy). Printing usually takes 1-2 business days, then shipping adds 5–10 business days across the US.

Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — we currently ship within the United States only. Sign up via eMail and we'll tell you when International Shipping goes live!

Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your tee ships, you’ll get a tracking link straight to your inbox.


Products

What kind of shirts do you use?
Soft, comfy 100% ring-spun cotton blends you’ll actually want to wear to gigs, rehearsals, or just putting a record on at home. 

How do I know my size?
Check our size guide on each product page. We're also happy to print Tall sizes, womens fitted tees, and kids sizes on request. Still not sure? Email me (Matt) at support@musemerch.co — we're happy to help!

Do your designs fade or peel?
Nope. We use high-quality DTG (direct-to-garment) printing that holds up wash after wash. Just wash inside-out, cold, and avoid tumble-drying on high heat.


Returns & Exchanges

What if my shirt doesn’t fit?
No stress — email us within 14 days of receiving it and we’ll sort out an exchange.

What if there’s a problem with my order?
If your tee arrives damaged, misprinted, or just plain wrong, email Matt at support@musemerch.co with your order number and a photo. We’ll fix it.

Do you accept returns?
We're happy to accept returns if your order isn't up to scratch. If there’s a quality issue, contact us and we’ll replace or refund you.


Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Who runs this store?
musemerch.co is me, my wife, and our two kids helping (sort of) where they can. We’re musicians and music lovers, we design all our tees and take care of customer services ourselves.
